We have lived in this house for near 40 years and we have never seen hail like we saw today. The storms that passed through this afternoon were pretty ferocious leaving a half inch of hail on our deck and in our yard. It has caused its own weather system deep in the woods. We do not know what lurks in the fog of the forest so we tread no further. A couple was headed down this path towards the Bog of Poutwater Pond. Fare thee well.
