What You Can't See
It was a beautiful day today, dry, warm, breezy. I had just shot some pictures of a reservoir in Holden and was on my way home. I stopped here because I smelled the freshly cut grass. You can smell it, can't you. What I didn't see when I was taking this picture is the bird flying sharply into the sun nor did I see the hawk that is at ground level about to grab whatever he was aiming for. I have posted this picture on Flickr, if you are interested in zooming in. It was a lesson for me to look more closely at what I am shooting.
